Dear Dr. Jerman,
We just celebrated my 87th birthday here in Madison Wisconsin. Given my cardiac history my wife and I are amazed and thankful! We both feel thank you for the most part are responsible for my longevity. During the 22 years that I was under your cure, your skill, good judgment and decision were crucial to my well being. Much as we miss Tucson we are enjoying living here in Wisconsin where our roots are and being close to family particularly grand children and great grand children. Hoping all is well with you and your family and thanking you once more.

Dear Dr. Gutierrez & Team,
We would like to thank you for your help in caring for Judy.
We know she would be so happy to give this photo as a show of appreciation to you and your team for the extra time afforded to her after the heart attack in May 2005. We can’t thank you enough for the additional time with her! In 2006 she was able to visit Hawaii for the first time, where she took this photo from the Maui coast.

My visit with Martina Frost was very uplifting to me. You looked me in the eyes and listened and talked to me while listening, This rarely happens. She changed one medication and in two days I felt much better. Thank you very much, No rush, A caring feeling, Unforgettable.
